He has a temper but is able to process his feelings and communicate when he is not in a good mood. Andrew has been placed in several foster homes and has bonded appropriately with his foster families. He has become an outgoing young man who enjoys spending time with his peers. He has the ability to adapt to new situations and shows a lot of determination in overcoming any obstacle. Andrew is in need of a loving environment which would include patient family members who can help him through any difficult times and be attentive of his needs as he grows up.
