Akshata is described as an active and friendly child. She was born full term by C-Section weighing 2.7 kg. She has dysmorphic features and delayed developmental milestones. Her speech is delayed due to a high arch palate and she is receiving occupational speech therapy. Akshata is described as very tender, gentle and affectionate. She loves to physically be near her caregivers and enjoys giving hugs to anyone who needs. Her care givers say she is smart and while she can't vocalize clearly, she does understand what is being said to her. There are $10,000 in subsidies available for this child's adoption.
