Angel is a 14-year-old girl from Virginia who is hoping to be adopted.

Angel is a happy little girl who constantly smiles and will try to make you laugh. She enjoys playing games, riding her bicycle, singing to her karaoke music machine, and watching movies on her DVD player. She especially loves lip gloss, which she receives along with her allowance and as a reward for appropriate behavior. Although Angel has some limits intellectually, she is able to learn the skills necessary to do a particular job. She is in the fourth grade, and has special education services in conjunction with an Individual Educational Plan to assist with her academics. She enjoys playing with her friends and has developed close relationships with her foster siblings. She has demonstrated the ability to adapt very well to new environments, and she is generally cooperative as long as she has guidance and nurturance. Angel sometimes needs help understanding how to maintain appropriate boundaries and to use acceptable greetings, such as shaking hands when she meets someone new. She is a happy child who is searching for her forever family. She will benefit from having a two parent family and siblings in an environment where she can receive much attention, love and the support she needs for now and in the future.
