Description
Ashley is a delightful, pleasant and happy child who
was born with medical complications and is a quadriplegic. She
depends on a ventilator for respiratory, cardiac, spinal and
seizure disorders as well as a feeding tube. Ashley is alert, aware
of her surroundings and recognizes people she sees on a daily
basis. She is learning how to identify shapes and objects and uses
her eyes to make connections for the answers. Ashley enjoys
listening to children's music and watching children's television
shows. She also likes toys with lights and music in her crib.
Ashley's favorite toy is a stuffed yellow duck and she is able to
say words such as “hello” and “quack,
quack.” All families will be considered for Ashley. She is
legally free for adoption.
