Description
Brian is described as kind, affectionate, and thrives on encouragement. He enjoys playing outside and bike riding. He also likes to play video games with his older brother and peers. Brian is interested in camping, fishing, and being more athletic. Brian reports that he loves school. He does well with special services for academic support. He seems to learn at a slower pace and easily distracted. His favorite subject is Math. Brian relates very well with peers and adults. He does seem to have a healthy respect for adult authority and easily re-directed. Brian is extremely sensitive to rejection and failure and exhibits frequent sadness. He desires to be adopted with older brother, but open to being in a separate home if contact will be maintained.
Josue and Brian desire to be adopted together. However, they are open to being placed in separate related families who will allow an on-going relationship. The boys are very bonded, but each child seems to have very different needs. Josue requires a very structured environment with clear boundaries and a strong male authority. Brian is described as well adjusted and easier to re-direct. Both boys are kind, soft-spoken, and active. They both enjoy family outings, home movies, video games, all types of sports, and most outdoor activities. A small experienced family is preferred for these brothers.
