Description
Celeste is a shy girl, but eventually warms up to people once she becomes comfortable. She is a sweet person and displays good mannerisims. She enjoys playing and dressing up her dolls. Celeste's foster parents believe she has made improvement since she has been in foster care. They believe she will continue to improve as long as she has sturcture. Celeste caseworker adds aht she is a cute girl who can be sweet and kind to others. When she is comfortable she can be fun and outgoing. Academically, Celeste can do well however she struggles retaining information learned.
Celeste, Elijah & Steven are active and fun-loving children who desire a forever family. They enjoy playing outdoors and going on outings. They need an adoptive family who has a lot of experience and is very patient. The family will need to be active outside the home, but able to provide structure.
