Description

Crystal, born 08/93, is a friendly pre-teenager who needs an adoptive home. Crystal is tall and small in stature. She can be quiet and sometimes very shy. Crystal has a hard time expressing herself and can be impulsive. She is in the regular grade placement and receives Special Education services. She is experiencing difficulty with some of her school work. Crystal has had a history of asthma. However, she is currently in good health. Crystal does participate in therapy to help her work through past issues. She has a diagnosis of Depression and is on medication. Crystal is very athletic and enjoys playing softball and camping. Some of her favorite food inculde hamburgers and pizza.
