Devtrice longs for a “normal life” and for a family. Devtrice's primary difficulties are in building relationships with peers and caretakers. Devtrice is an attractive and loving child. She is very outgoing and loves attention. Devtrice is a child who loves to be on the go. She likes going to movies, shopping and will participate in most outdoor activities such as bike riding and playing in the swimming pool. She also enjoys after school programs and often times enjoys being with her case manager. Devtrice loves her “Bratz” collections, and playing with the dolls. Devtrice loves Fruity Pebbles cereal for breakfast. Her favorite foods are pizza, salad, and baked potatoes. She enjoys most snack foods, especially potato chips, fudge rounds, hot chips and mellow yellow. Devtrice loves to take pictures. Previous caretakers have stated that Devtrice is very smart, outgoing and loving. Devtrice will sometimes test those in authority when she doesn’t understand or agree with a decision concerning her. Overall Devtrice is a wonderful, loving and caring young lady. With a lot of support and love, Devtrice will become a productive young lady in her family and community. Devtrice needs a one or two-parent home, and needs to be the oldest child in the home. . Devtrice also needs adoptive parents who would be very specific in their expectations. She needs parents that can deal with a child who is overcoming grief and loss. Devtrice needs a family that will be patient, affectionate, and spend quality time with her. She needs rules, structure, and firmness but she also needs lots of love, praise, understanding, and appropriate expressions of trust and love.
