Description
Donte' (7/93) is a cool kid with a bright smile. You can’t help but like Donte'! He is a big fan of pizza, with all the toppings! He is a good student and recently earned all A's on his report card. Donte' enjoys reading Goosebumps and Magic Treehouse books and he loves to go to the library and check out books. He is also a fan of playing gameboy or watching cartoons or movies when he is not working on his homework. Donte’ has one big issue and that is he has been treated very unfairly in the past. So today, he is sensitive to unfairness. He is learning and making great gains in recognizing that being told “no” is not necessarily unfair. What a huge difference this makes! Donte’ can be redirected and he hates losing his privileges or being grounded. He can even accept constructive criticism and knows how to compromise. Those are some very important skills that lots of adults are still learning. Donte' is reaching out and making friends. He visits with his brothers, so the kind of family that he wants to adopt him is “One that lets me see my brothers.” No hesitation on that. Otherwise, he pretty much just wants to be adopted…just wants to be loved. Donte' is a considerate and giving person who likes to share. He has a wonderful personality. Financial assistance, health insurance, free tuition and other services come with Donte’….and that smile!
