He is more consistently managing his behaviors by improved self-control and reduced aggressive behaviors. Forrest is learning how to accept responsibility for himself and his choices. Forrest needs an adoptive family who will allow him to make a slow transition. Forrest requires lots of patience and understanding from adults because he seems to be emotionally younger than other children his age. Forrest gets along fine with other children, but often prefers to interact with adults. He has maintained a connection to his siblings and this is important to Forrest. Forrest has a lot to share with a family if a family is willing to share their time and attention.
