George is very artistic and loves drawing. When he is not drawing or writing letters, he loves to play with his Batman and Spiderman figures. He is energetic and enjoys being outdoors, riding his bike. George has a quiet demeanor and is shy with people when he first meets them. George follows directions when asked, however needs encouragement in completing his daily routines. Typical of any child, he can be testy at times, especially when he's trying to get out of going to bed or completing his chores. George is eager to have a family of his own. He is a very sweet boy who loves attention from the adults around him. When he gets to be the center of attention, he feels most secure. He does well academically, but sometimes requires academic assistance and redirection regarding inappropriate behaviors that may interfere with his daily learning. According to George, he "wants to learn a better way of doing things". George also benefits greatly from positive reinforcement and praise from the adults around him.
