Jacob is an easy going child who is very special. Jacob is quiet, but at the same time friendly. He is not very talkative, but is still able to make lasting friends. He can be very engaging. He likes the outdoors, and absolutely loves sports. He plays baseball, and basketball any time he gets a chance. Since he started playing on the team, his grades and behavior have greatly improved. He receives special education assistance at school. Jacob's other favorite pastime is riding his skateboard. His strongest subject in school is math, and, of course, physical education. He attends therapy weekly, and is benefiting a lot from the meetings. Jacob is usually trustworthy and reliable. He is always ready to give a helping hand to those in need. He is kind and giving person. He will do well in a family who can recognize his good work, and help him reach to his fullest potential.
