He is developmentally delayed due to his many significant medical conditions and premature birth. Jerome is on continuous oxygen and is fed through a gastro-tube. Jerome's vision is poor. Jerome's caretakers are assisted by home health daily. This special boy will benefit greatly from an adoptive family who is medically skilled in caring for a child who needs and deserves a lot of love and attention.
