Jesse is a sweet, affectionate boy with a smile that lights up a room. He is a Hot Wheels fanatic and loves making his cars zoom around. Jesse loves to play outside and enjoys being with other children, though sometimes he struggles when he doesn't get his way. He has a speech delay that can make it hard for him to express himself, and he becomes frustrated at these times. He struggles with temper tantrums but is trying hard to learn better ways to express his feelings. Jesse is very bonded to the important grown-ups in his life and loves being the center of their attention. However, he does need a lot of supervision so he would do best with a small family that can provide the level of patience and attention he needs. Jesse thrives during one-on-one time because it is difficult for him to share affection. Jesse's foster mom feels that he will do well with the right family. Jesse looks forward to having a family and home of his own where he can play in the dirt and ride his bike everyday. Jesse has a wonderful smile. He can also be very affectionate. Ideally Jesse would do best in a family with no other children or much older children. Jesse requires a lot of attention, patience and understanding. It would be best if these parents have some type of parenting experience.
