She has experienced logical consequences for poor choices and positive rewards for making good choices. Jessica needs a strong parent to guide her along the way. She hopes to be adopted and will admit that she enjoys individual attention and might like to be the only child in an adoptive home. Jessica needs a family who will let her join in their adventures and who will create traditions that she can be a part of. She needs a family who will simply make time for her and empower her to be herself.
