Jessie is a cute boy who is in need of a forever family. He loves animals, the outdoors and fishing. Although Jessie has fetal alcohol syndrome affect and a low IQ, Jessie enjoys being with people. Jessie functions very well but mentally functions at a 7 year old range. Jessie is very social and finds a friend in everyone. He does have special needs and will probably need assistance long-term. However, with love and attention, Jessie can bring a lot of joy and happiness to a family.
