Joel, or "Andrew", as he prefers to be called, is a very outgoing young man. He has very good manners, always saying "yes or no ma'am/sir". He enjoys being outside, playing golf, shooting hoops, doing crafts, and helping his foster parents in the yard. He likes reading and math at school, Algebra being his favorite subject.
