This is Joseph – a young boy who can thrive on praise. He enjoys being outdoors participating in sports and riding his bike. He also enjoys playing video games. Joseph is considered to be very bright although his behavior sometimes gets him into trouble and interferes with his ability to remain focused. Because he was very attached to his birth family, he misses them very much, especially an older brother. He would benefit from having patient, understanding parents who are willing to allow him to send pictures and speak with his brother. Joseph has been placed in a special education program to help him with emotional and behavioral issues. His new family will need to value his strong attachment to his birth family and help him to grieve his losses. A two parent or a single dad family as the youngest child is the recommended home environment for Joseph.
