Description
Luke is a Caucasian youngster with a sincere desire to be a part of a family. He has a helpful personality and a bright smile. Luke loves games that involve strategy and have a routine. He enjoys physical activity, even as simple as just tossing a football. Video games and music are also good outlets for him. As he has come from a home life where there was very little, he especially likes shopping and is quick to show gratitude for even simple gifts. Luke is a good student, and even though he excels in math, he has a tendency to become frustrated and give up easily. He is sensitive and vulnerable when it comes to those around him, and he has benefited from intensive treatment. He works to develop good coping strategies and boundaries. Luke responds well to individual attention and feels “special” when someone takes an interest in him. He will thrive in a home as the only child with a family that can fully devote their time to helping him develop the skills he needs to be fully successful in the community. Luke has lots of strengths, and under the guidance of a patient, loving, forever family, he will use those strengths to maintain a positive path to his future.
