Description

Oscar is a survivor and has overcome many adversities. He responds to social and sensory stimulations and enjoys being read to and hearing music. He especially enjoys live music, as it relaxes him. He has limited mobility, but will smile at you if you talk to him. Oscar is diagnosed with cerebral palsy, seizure disorder, mental retardation, and is tracheotomy dependent. His family will need to advocate for his services and be patient enough to assist with his daily living skills.
