Oscar need encouragement with his academics to reach his full educational potential. He likes all subjects and has been recognized for his academic accomplishments.
This energetic sibling group of four, Raul, Sandie, Johnny, and Oscar enjoy outdoor activities, such as playing and riding bicycles and they enjoy playing cards. These siblings interact well with others and their caregivers. They are very protective of each other. All four siblings have a close relationship and want to be adopted together. Raul likes to have a good time wherever he is and likes to joke and laugh at himself and with others. Sandie likes to cook and bake cookies. She is outgoing and can easily make friends.
