Oscar is a sweet and loving person. He has a friendly and outgoing personality. He enjoys playing with his friends, trading cards, trucks and toys. He loves to play video games and is a very good reader. He likes to swim, bike riding, ride in his Heelies and rock climb at the YMCA. He likes to collect lizards, frogs and grasshoppers. Oscar likes school and is right on target for his grade level. He does well both academically and behaviorally. He attends church and bible study with his foster family.

This energetic sibling group of four, Raul, Sandie, Johnny, and Oscar enjoy outdoor activities, such as playing and riding bicycles and they enjoy playing cards. These siblings interact well with others and their caregivers. They are very protective of each other. Raul is active in his church community and appreciates learning more about his religion. Raul is easily redirected and is compliant with authority figures. Sandie is very imaginative and helpful towards others. She is computer savvy and enjoys watching television.
