Meet Joey (12/90) and Philip (9/95)! Joey has a charming personality and can relate well to peers and adults. He takes pride in his personal appearance. He has the capability to make and maintain close friendships. Joey enjoys video games, swimming, bike riding, playing basketball and football. School has been a struggle for Joey but with assistance and guidance he may be able to overcome it. He can be moody and at times will need to be told to do something more than once. One of Joey’s strengths is that he has great anger management skills. He is able to walk away and calm down. Philip is the younger of the two brothers. Philip can be a very loving child with a good sense of humor. He has a likeable personality and leadership abilities. He wants to be accepted by his peers and can be very sensitive. He enjoys video games. Philip can be hyper and energetic which makes school a challenge at times. One of Philip’s many strengths is math and with assistance he can do well in other subjects too. Philip is learning independent living skills but currently still needs reminders sometimes to complete daily task. They have a close bond and would both benefit from a family with a strong role model. They would love the opportunity to live together in a forever family. They have not yet lost hope that there is such a family.
