Phillip, Isabel and Ramon need a family with strong parenting experience. Their family will need to have a lot of time and patience to assist them to catch up academically and socially. All three children require a lot of supervision, instruction and understanding. Most importantly, they need a lot of love and nurturing. They need to have a sense of security and belonging that a family can bring to them.
