Sam is likable, intelligent, articulate, and has a good sense of humor. Sam describes himself as funny and nice. He will tell you what he thinks without holding back his feelings. With structure, he is able to participate in the church youth group and is learning to care for a new puppy of his own. In the past he has enjoyed playing soccer and baseball. Sam also enjoys time to himself in his room watching television and listening to music. Sam is open to adoption and would like for his foster parents to adopt him, however, the foster parents are not considering adoption at this time. Please consider giving Sam the forever family he needs.
