Although she enjoys spending time with others, she can entertain herself with playing blocks and puzzles. Sarah is diagnosed with severe mental retardation and cannot communicate with words. Sarah has a high level of energy and needs an active and supportive family that can provide clear boundaries and lots of love and affection.
