T.K. is friendly, affectionate, and sweet-natured in his interactions with others. He is easy to get along with and seems to always have a smile on his face. T.K. likes to be active playing community basketball, football, riding his bike, and just playing outdoors. T.K. also likes to play with cars, video games, and watch the Panthers on T.V. He wants to be a football player when he grows up. T.K. attends special resource classes to help him maintain acceptable behavior and to help him better focus on his work. A personal education plan is in place to allow him more opportunity for academic success. Counseling is helping T.K. deal with past issues and work on methods of appropriate conduct. T.K. needs a two-parent adoptive family who can provide him with consistency, structure, and nurturing. They should have a strong support system and be willing to continue therapy and other supportive services. T.K. would like to have other children living in the home that he can play with. He hopes his adoptive family will spend time with him playing games and attending church. T.K. would love to have a dog.
