Tiffani enjoys drawing and working on art projects. She also enjoys playing with her Barbie's, video games and has a special interest in Horses. She likes playing outside and attending church. Tiffani is working hard to overcome academic delays with additional assistance. She receives special services and assistance in school to help her overcome academic delays. With extra help she has made a lot of progress and marked improvements. Additionally, Tiffani receives speech therapy at school.

Richard and Tiffani are siblings who are very attached to each other. They are both very sweet and energetic. When you look at these two, the first thing you will notice will be their bright smiles. Richard and Tiffani both say that they are ready to be adopted and that they want to stay together! Although they say they are ready they do feel guarded because they are bonded to their foster family. Therefore, their placement will need to be a slow, gradual process. The adoptive parents will need to be prepared to meet their special needs and will need to have a good support system. Richard and Tiffani will both require academic assistance, therapy, and close supervision. The adoptive family will need to be experienced and committed. Both Richard and Tiffani will do better if placed with older children.
