Vicki is a loving child who is in need of a caring family who understands her physical limtiations and has the patience to cope with constant medical monitoring. She was born November of 1992 and she is African American. While her hearing is within normal limts her sight is severly limited to just shadows of things hel close to her eyes. Vicki is unable to communicate except through moans. Despite her medical afflictions, Vicki is able to convey her needs and is responsive to her caregivers. She loves to have her hair braided and be massaged. Vicki would benefit from a family that can advocate for her medical needs and nunderstand her need for love and affections. Due to Vicki requiring round the clock care, Vicki needs a family that is loving, patient and has some medical background.
