Billy is a handsome and athletic young man. He is usually soft-spoken but can be very friendly and talkative. He likes sports, games and music. Billy loves pizza, playing outside and socializing. He earns excellent grades in school. Billy usually gets along well with peers but when he become overbearing, he responds well to re-direction. He is currently receiving individual therapy. Billy is anxious to have a family and a more normal life. He seems to really miss having involvement with a family. Billy enjoys pets and children of any age. All families will be considered for Billy. He is legally free for adoption.
