Aaliyah is a healthy, happy little girl who loves to play outdoors. She is developmentally on track except for speech and language development. Aaliyah has been approved for a community support worker to help improve her social skills in the community and with other children. She is eligible for part-day special education preschool classes four days a week. Counseling is helping Aaliyah address boundary issues and learn what behaviors are acceptable. Because of the high level of supervision she requires Aaliyah needs a two-parent family with no other children or with school aged children with no special needs. A family residing in a rural area where she can play outdoors and enjoy some open space would be ideal. Aaliyah's adoptive parents must be available to take her to her therapy sessions and attend frequent meetings with the professionals who work with her.
