Angel is described as "laid-back" and "easy-going" when it comes to life. His favorite past-time is playing video games. When he's not playing on his Game Boy, he can be found watching movies or listening to his favorite CDs. He loves dogs and eating chocolate! Angel is a bright young child, but not always motivated to complete his work at school and home. He'll need help to make sure his homework is completed. Angel is currently in ESL classes to ensure his comprehension but speaks English well. Angel will need continued therapy to help him learn appropriate ways of expressing his feelings. Angel will need patient, understanding, and committed caregivers willing to work with him as he transitions to adoptive placement. Angel's ideal family will be experienced in working with children with emotional needs and will be able to provide him with a sense of security as he learns to trust adults again. Angel is able to get along with younger and older children. He enjoys pets. A spanish speaking family would be a plus for Angel.
