Anthony, born 9/94 is a compassionate Caucasian child. He genuinely cares about others. When a fellow peer fell in a dining hall, instead of laughing like many others, Anthony offered him a helping hand. He loves to laugh and entertain others by joking around and performing magic tricks. Anthony also enjoys video games, board games, roller coaster rides, outdoor activities and sports. He aspires to be a football player. Due to a chaotic and traumatic past, Anthony has learned several inappropriate behaviors. Enrolled in special education classes for those with learning delays, his emotional and behavioral needs are also addressed. Through medication and therapy, Anthony is learning coping mechanisms and accepting more responsibility for his actions. He needs a strong, loving, patient and dedicated family with a great sense of humor who can set clear boundaries in a well structured, safe and nurturing environment. Anthony needs to be the only or youngest child in the home. Ongoing therapy and continued contact with siblings being planned for separately are needed.
