Autumn is a 16-year-old girl from Texas who is hoping to be adopted.

Autumn is an affectionate and friendly teenager with varied individual and group interests. These include dancing, reading, watching TV, computer, and arts and crafts. She likes going out with friends or just hanging out with parents. Autumn's group activities consist of skating, bowling, going to the museum and sporting events such as basketball. Finally, Autumn loves to do volunteer work and she still enjoys attending camp. Autumn is smart, loves to read, therefore she does pretty well in school. She does not have difficulty making friends and she tries to maintain a balance between her friends and maintaining good grades. Autumn is very conscious of her appearance and hygiene. She is known for her awareness of good fashion and the latest clothing fads. Autumn gets impulsive but she does display good social skills and likes to horseplay with everyone. Autumn has a speech and hearing impairment and she uses an auditory aid. But she will not allow these challenges to hamper her communication with people. Autumn's forever family will need to be loving and understanding of her challenges. Autumn's family will need to provide a safe and structured home where she can express her feelings and build on her relational skills.
