Beth is a 12-year-old girl from Ohio who is hoping to be adopted.

Disrupting Child Assessment This assessment was conducted by Turning Corners Counseling and Support Services to determine the child’s needs and type of family that could best parent her. The assessment is based off of Family Self Report narratives as well as reports from professionals involved with the child. Beth was born in the USA on 2-7-97. She is a very smart child that is very endearing. She loves to sing, read and do crafts. Beth can be very outgoing and talkative. Beth lived in foster care due to abuse and neglect before being adopted. She lived with a single mother but her adoption was dissolved. She was re-adopted by another family last year but this adoption is also being disrupted. Her current family feels that they have not bonded to each other and they want her to go to a home where she can be happy. At this time, there are no behavioral concerns. She does have a history of lying to get out of trouble. She is currently healthy, takes no medication, and has no mental health diagnosis.
