Bill is a very confused young man. He can be outgoing and engaging and he can be very stubborn and oppositional. Because of his poor self esteem he often makes very poor choices and these have resulted in his becoming involved in the deliquency system. He is in special education classes and receiving counseling for behavior management and he is slowly making some progress. Bill wants to belong somewhere and be a part of a family very much but he just does not know how to express himself very well and so he often tends to put people off rather than draw them close. Bill needs a very committed, patient adoptive family who believe a child who had a really bad start and who made some bad choices, deserves a second chance; a family who will stand by him while he leans to trust and turn his life around. Bill is an Caucasian young man who was born in March 1991.
