Billy likes to watch Scooby Doo and play with army/combat figures. Academically, Billy does well in school however there are days where he struggles to stay on track. He is placed in a classroom setting where he can receive one on one assistance and monitoring. Bill deserves a family that will follow through with professional recommendations, assist him in acquiring knowledge on how to express positive ways to discharge his emotions. Billy does have a brother. However, the siblings will not be adopted together. Billy needs a family that will allow for the brothers to maintain a relationship with one another.

Billy requires a family that can provide a nurturing and structured environment that can monitor and modulate his behavior. Billy's adoptive family needs to be patient and facilitate a sense of trust and security.
