Bobby has many dreams that he’s waiting to fulfill. Like many young men, Bobby dreams of being a famous rapper when he grows up…but for Bobby, he’s interested in lyrics and writing as well as all the fame and fortune! Bobby loves books and poetry, and if he can’t be a rapper, he thinks that he may want to be an author instead. When Bobby talks about working towards his goals, he says that he will prepare himself for his future by starting to write songs, stories and poetry. Bobby has even helped to start a book club at his school, and is now president of the club…so he’s already on the road to success! In addition to his love of writing, Bobby also loves cooking (he’s especially fond of southern cooking – mac n’ cheese, fried chicken and peach cobbler), art and music. He hopes to learn to play the saxophone in his school band, and says that he especially likes jazz music. Bobby is also interested in acting, and wants to organize a Shakespeare production at his school next year. In his free time, Bobby likes to play basketball and soccer, and be outdoors. Bobby’s a kid with a ton of heart, soul, and enthusiasm. He is eager to be part of a family who will be able to support him on his life journey.
