BRANDON (10/93) is a handsome well - groomed young man who loves animals and babies. He is very attentive to pets and is in charge of taking care of their needs in his current placement. He finds playing outside as much fun as playing inside. He loves to swim and shoot ball. Inside he enjoys playing matchbox cars and Nintendo. Brandon enjoys playing with others but he does have difficulty with peer relationships. Brandon requires extra help and patience learning. He gets frustrated easily when he experiences difficulties because he is eager to learn and strives to please those who teach him. He has made great strides since being home-schooled. Brandon takes his responsibilities and household chores very seriously and meticulously completes these tasks. He takes extra special care of his toys and wants them to be neat and orderly when he is finished playing with them. He loves to sleep with many stuffed animals and makes sure they area present and accounted for when he goes to bed. Brandon is impulsive and requires much one on one, undivided attention. He requires redirection, guidance, and support from adults when he gets upset. He often does not care if the attention is positive or negative. Brandon is friendly when he meets strangers and loves to tell them about his family’s recent travels, or about the family pets.
