Cesar gets along well with adults and other children in the foster home. He is polite, giving, loyal and likes to share. Cesar truly is a pleasure to be around. Cesar enjoys indoor activities. He is very active and responsive to his surroundings. He is friendly and outgoing. Cesar is medically fragile and needs lots of care and supervision. He has been diagnosed with several pulmonary and respiratory disabilities and has had several surgeries. Cesar is easily engaged during his occupational, physical, and speech therapy sessions.
