Chad takes pride in his appearance and enjoys having his picture taken. When he grows up, Chad hopes to be a football player. Chad has fond memories of time spent with his biological mother and siblings. He hopes to add new memories and build future dreams with a caring, loving and supportive family. He also wants his forever family to know that he is somewhat shy but warms up quickly. All families will be considered for Chad. Parental rights will be terminated upon identification of a permanent resource.
