One of Chelsea’s three wishes is to be adopted. Chelsea is an average student in school who enjoys socializing. She loves attending church and has always been very active in the youth groups at churches she has attended. Chelsea loves Clemson and Tennessee football. Her favorite food is Chinese and she loves to shop for anything. When Chelsea grows up, she wants to be a chef. It is reported that Chelsea can be a very sweet and helpful child. Chelsea loves to be organized and she takes this into her foster homes. Her foster parents report that she can be very neat and tidy. When Chelsea is with her Family Service Worker, she is very talkative and energetic. Chelsea would do well in a one or two parent family preferable with no other children in the home. Chelsea continues to struggle with attachment issues and is receiving weekly counseling.
