Meet Christopher! Christopher was born August 1992, and has lived the majority of his life in Oklahoma. Chris is capable of entertaining himself and does not require a lot of attention. Chris is currently working on his Independent Living skills. This responsible youth is employed and has his driver’s permit. He attends public high school and is involved in the school’s golf team. Chris has an individual plan for success in reading and math, and is typically well-behaved in school and elsewhere, and has had no involvement with law authorities. Christopher loves farm animals and enjoys working with them and going to cattle auctions. He is a hard worker and enjoys doing harvest work. Like most teens, he loves pizza. However, Chris is interested in learning how to cook for himself and appreciates home cooking. He listens to country music. Christopher is a true blue and red blooded mid-west farm boy. He would love to have a permanent home with a farm and/or ranch family. He enjoys the great outdoors and country living. Chris has experience working in the fields and with livestock. He has aspirations of becoming a vet. He loves watching football and yelling for the team with “the boys”, and is a devotee of golf and wrestling. Christopher also enjoys quieter pursuits of playing video games, watching movies, and conversation. Christopher is friendly, engaging, and respectful, and interested in being adopted. When you talk to Chris, you get the feeling that he is listening and making an effort to absorb what you are saying. Chris needs the opportunity to experience the benefits of being a member of the farming community in a family with strong male and female role models to support his interests, goals, and prepare him for adult life.
