Cierra is an outgoing girl. She loves to tease in a friendly way and to play pranks on others. Cierra is very competitive and can be bossy on occassion. She can be very independent and needs plenty of reassurance to soothe her when upset. Cierra loves basketball. She likes anything to do with the University of Texas Longhorns. Cierra likes Country and Christian music. She enjoys writing and she loves Tinkerbell. Cierra is quite a leader with peers. However, she gets along well with her siblings. With some guidance, support and love, Cierra has the potential to become a wonderful sensitive child. She likes to have conversations with someone she trusts. She likes to be active and do lots of different activities, especially outdoor activities. Cierra's foster parents state that she needs "direction and structure". She get upset when other children pick on her.
Cierra, Monica, Osiris and Dusty all interact great together. Cierra and Monica are very protective towards Dusty. All of the siblings like to be outdoors and participate in activities such as swimming, basketball, and bike riding. These wonderful siblings will need a family who can provide structure and a loving environment and who also likes to have fun! Cierra express that she would like a mother and father, "perferably African-American or Caucasian/African-American". Cierra also states she wants a family who likes outdoor activities and going on vacations. Cierra's adoption worker is seeking a family who will commit to her and her siblings and raise them together. The adoption worker states "Cierra and her siblings will do best as the only children or with a few other children in the home".
