David, who goes by Phillip, was born September 2001. Phillip enjoys school and his favorite subject is Math because he likes working with numbers. Phillip has an IEP and receives special education services. Phillip is diagnosed with borderline intellectual development disorder and will require a family who will be dedicated and very involved in his academic progress and education. He enjoys reading and is very organized. Phillip is also polite and well mannered. He is quiet and stays to himself at times. Phillip enjoys the outdoors and likes playing basketball. He also enjoys watching and playing football. Phillip keeps his room clean and takes pride in this specific chore. He likes going to the mall, listening to music, and going out to eat. Phillip prefers a family that consists of a mother and father and he would like to be the only child.
