Dawn has a beautiful smile that lights up a room! She is a sweet and caring young girl who thinks of others.
She has lots and lots of energy and enjoys arts, crafts, swimming and gymnastics. Because of her caring nature, Dawn makes friends easily. She comes from a large family,
but it is anticipated that she will not have ongoing contact with her birth family. The loss of a sibling in a car accident two years ago is still a source of great pain for Dawn. She will need a structured, caring and resilient family to help her
work through issues related to grief and loss over her birth family and a previous foster family. Because she has anger toward female figures, Dawn’s new family should include a
mother who is a strong person with patience and the ability to help Dawn develop a sense of belonging and trust. Dawn will benefit from being the only child in a two parent family environment with parents who know how to follow through with consistency when consequences are needed, while providing a nurturing, safe place for Dawn to flourish. A forever loving family is just what this young lady needs to nurture her potential for the future.
