Description
Destiny's name says it all. She is destined to make a difference in this world. She is warm, smart, compassionate and funny when you get to know her. Destiny is respectfully polite but painfully shy when you first meet her. Her brothers dispute that fact by saying that she is a "chatter box." Destiny enjoys helping out in the kitchen and loves doing arts and crafts. Destiny likes to work with her hands and being creative. She enjoys going to school and her favorite subject in school in science. Destiny loves ice cream and dogs and she would like to have one someday. She is also really looking forward to starting middle school next school year so that she can join the school band and play the clarinet.
Michael, Destiny, and Wisdom are absolutely beautiful inside and out. They have a good sibling relationship, although there are squabbles, at times. Michael and Wisdom's favorite thing about their sister is that she makes crafts. Destiny says that what she likes best about her brothers is that they are nice. Michael, Destiny, and Wisdom are very respectful, polite and caring children. The children's "forever family" need to be prepared because this set of three enjoys staying very active. These loving and light hearted children have such a peace around them that you can't help but to enjoy their presence. Michael, Destiny, and Wisdom do best in a home environment that provides structure and consistency. These loving and light hearted children have such a peace around them that you can't help but to enjoy their presence. They require a great deal of praise and psoitive reinforcement. The children's adoptive family need to be able to set reasonable, age appropriate limits with consequences that can be enforced consistently. All the children really like dogs, so pets are a plus! The children would do best in a structured environment with a family who is prepared to engage in a great many activities. Their parents should be patient and understanding as they help the children transition from their current placement into their forever home. Their adoptive family should be prepared to give each child a lot of praise and positive feedback. The children have expressed a desire for a "mom" and "dad" although a single parent family will not be ruled out. They just want to have a family to call their own. The children would also like to have a large extended family and be able to participate in a great many family traditions where lasting memories could be created. The children's adoptive family can speak either English or Spanish
