He enjoys school and spending time with friends.” Devhon longs for a family who has a father and mother. Devhon needs a home that is well structured and able to provide the needed guidance for a young man who wants to know more about his world. Devhon’s family needs to be committed to providing the type of structure that states directly what needs to be accomplished to help Devhon meet his individual goals. Devhon would also need a family who is willing to keep contact with his sibling(s).
