It is amazing that Dulce is able to keep her pleasant style most of the time. She has had a rough start in life and is diagnosed with Dandy Walker Syndrome (malformation of the brain), Agenesis of the Corpus Collosum, growth retardation, ventriculomegally, VP shunt, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Hydrocephalus, and Seizure Disorder. Dulce is fed through a G-tube every four hours. She will cry whenever she is uncomfortable as a means of communication. An environment with lots of stimulation and tender loving care will definitely help her develop to her fullest potential.
