Franklin is kind-hearted and is very loving and affectionate with those he trusts. He relates best to adults who are able to make their expectations clear to him. Franklin appreciates structure and routine, it makes him feel safe and comfortable to know what to expect. Franklin learns through repetition and sometimes asks questions multiple times for reassurance. He loves animals and would enjoy learning how to care for and interact with them. Franklin is eager to find his forever family who will keep him safe and make him feel loved. He is also hoping that they will spend lots of time playing with him. Franklin would do well in a home where he is the youngest or only child. Franklin has been able to maintain a positive and enriching relationship with his birth father and enjoys his phone calls and visits with him.
