Franklin, or Frankie, is a handsome young man with brown hair and blue eyes. He is very sociable and always has a big smile on his face and a special hug for the ones he loves. Frankie enjoys playing video games, putting puzzles together, and swimming. He also loves pets, especially dogs. Frankie does very well in school, although he will tell you that it "stinks." Frankie lives for the day. He functions well in a structured and organized environment. He's a good helper when asked to pitch in with chores. Frankie would do well in a family that can give him a lot of attention and time. All families will be considered for Frankie. He is legally free for adoption.
